My baby boy is nine weeks old, so you can imagine that the Duplo Lego set he was given as a newborn gift is probably going to sit in the cupboard for more than a year before he gets to (safely) use it!

So I had a thought – why not make something with it now for display? Part of me wanted to get some use out of it now, but most of me just wanted to play with Lego!

So I made his initial ‘E’ (fortunately an easy letter to make with blocks!). Pretty simple stuff. I think it’s kind of fun – what do you think?
